Green Grow Diversity Blend — Limited Release, Pre-Order Now
seed dispatch from 17th July
Grow diversity from the ground up.
Green Grow Diversity Blend is a multi-species pasture blend designed to establish quickly while introducing a broad range of plant families into your paddock. Whether you're filling bare patches, repairing muddy areas, renovating a tired section of pasture, or moving into the next stage of plant succession after weed control, this blend gives you an excellent starting point. Rather than relying on a single species, it combines grasses, legumes and broadleaf plants to help build a more resilient, productive and biologically active pasture.
Ideal For
- Filling bare or damaged patches
- Repairing muddy gateways and high-traffic areas
- Renovating tired paddocks
- Following weed control programs
- Encouraging the next stage of pasture succession
- Increasing plant diversity
- Supporting soil biology and ground cover
- Lifestyle properties, mixed farms and grazing systems
What's Inside
This is a diverse mix of plant species and functional groups, built to support soil health both above and below ground, while also providing good grazing for horses and livestock.
Grasses — Prairie Grass (coated seed), Oats and Barley for fast early cover, and Ryegrass, included in a small proportion to get quick establishment on bare ground. The ryegrass comes up first and creates a bit of a microclimate — some early cover and protection for the slower-germinating species in the mix to come through safely.
Legumes — Lucerne, Field Peas and Vetch. All three fix nitrogen and add biomass, and Lucerne's deep taproot helps open up the soil as it goes.
Broadleaf — Sunflowers, which help break up compaction in the soil and also add vitamin E as a nutrition source for grazing stock.
Blend may vary slightly depending on seasonal supply.
Planting Rate
Pasture over-sowing: 5–10kg/ha. Adjust according to your soil type, paddock conditions and renovation goals.
